  • Five years on the carbon frame for the original owner (2 years from shipment for later owners), two years on stem, handlebar, wheels, paint and graphics, one year on accessories, from delivery. The Avinox Drive System (drive unit, battery, display, remote, charger, lights) is warranted 2 years by its maker with Amflow authorized to service it; battery 2 years up to 500 cycles. Third-party transmission, brakes and suspension follow their own makers.
  • Frame: 5 years (carbon fiber frame excl. paint and graphics, original owner; 2 years from Amflow's shipment date for second or later owners)
  • Motor: 2 years (Drive System, serviced by Amflow under the Drive System manufacturer's policy)
  • Applies to products bought for personal use from Amflow and its authorized retailers.
  • Warranty period starts on delivery; without proof of purchase it starts 90 days after the shipping date on the product.
  • Valid proof of purchase, receipt, order number or invoice required.
  • Excludes labor and shipping charges for part replacement, wear parts, modifications and third-party parts.
  • Global warranty is not available for Amflow products.
  • One-time discounted replacement of an accident-damaged frame or carbon wheel for the original owner.

  • Return shipping: Customer may bear shipping and related costs if Amflow finds no malfunction; Amflow 'may cover' shipping when its own carrier and instructions are used
