A figure looks wrong
Tell us the model, the figure, and where you saw a different one. We check it against the brand's own product page, spec sheet or manual, then update the page and its check date. Figures from reviews or resellers can point us to a problem, but the listed value always comes from the brand.
You make or sell e-trikes
To add a model, or update one we list, send a link to the page on your site that publishes the figures. We can't list specs that only appear in an email, since every figure on ePedaler links to a public source. Partnerships and affiliate programs never affect listings or scores (see the disclosure).
Orders, warranty and repairs
We don't sell trikes, so we can't help with an order. Each brand page lists that brand's own support contacts, warranty and return policy.
