  • Two years on Aventon-branded frames (lifetime for the original purchaser if registered within 90 days), motors, electrical components, wheels and factory-installed accessories; batteries two years or 300 charge cycles; one year on other Aventon-branded parts. Partially transferable. Applies to bikes bought on or after January 1, 2026.
  • Frame: 2 years; lifetime on structural integrity for the original retail purchaser if registered within 90 days (not transferable)
  • Motor: 2 years ('Aventon-branded motors and/or drive system components')
  • Battery: 2 years or 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first ('designed to retain up to 75% of its original capacity')
  • Product purchased new from any Authorized Aventon Retailer or directly from Aventon; dated proof of original retail purchase required.
  • Partially transferable to a subsequent purchaser; transfer does not extend the period.
  • Applies to new e-bikes purchased in the United States or Canada on or after January 1, 2026; earlier purchases keep the warranty in force at their purchase date.
  • No coverage outside the country of first purchase; no coverage for wholesale/commercial fleet use.
  • Labor costs not covered; Aventon pays shipping on approved claims.
