Lifetime frame
Details
  • Lifetime on frames and rigid forks for the original owner; two years on parts, accessories, paint and decals. The current (model year 2020+) terms do not list e-bike motors or batteries; non-Trek parts fall under their maker's warranty. Subsequent owners get 3 years on frame and fork.
  • Frame: Lifetime (original owner): 'Framesets (frame and rigid fork), main frame, and full suspension swing arms for the lifetime of the original owner'
  • Contact an authorized retailer or distributor to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase is required.
  • This warranty applies only to Trek bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor.
  • Subsequent owners (second or later) are entitled to a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase from the retailer on the Trek frame and Trek fork.
  • Applies to all model year 2020 and newer bicycles and parts and accessories purchased after August 1, 2019.
  • This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.

Returns accepted 'within 30 days of delivery for eligible items'; in-store purchases are subject to individual retailer restrictions. A separate 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee covers Trek/Bontrager aftermarket parts, apparel and accessories returned to the original place of purchase.
