  • Two-year warranty on the whole bike from receipt: frame/fork and battery carry a 2-year replacement warranty, and motor, control board and other original Urtopia parts a 2-year limited warranty, for the initial purchaser; transferable within the 2 years with the original buyer's name and order number.
  • Frame: 2 years (replacement warranty, frame and fork)
  • Motor: 2 years (limited warranty)
  • Battery: 2 years (replacement warranty; defects include less than 60% full-charge capacity)
  • Warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and starts when the e-bike is received.
  • Registered automatically at purchase; a warranty-activation form also exists.
  • Transferable only if the 2 years have not expired and the new owner has the initial purchaser's name and order number.
  • Only applies to Urtopia's official sales regions and channels.
  • Excludes spokes, brake discs/pads, tires/tubes, chain, cassette and damage from accident, misuse or improper assembly/repair.

14-day returns! Sources disagree. Urtopia's refund policy names an unspecified returning fee; its shipping-and-returns page says $99 per e-bike for re-boxing plus refurbishing costs. We show the $99 figure.

  • 14-day trial: return or exchange without reason within 14 days of receipt; customer pays return shipping and a $99 re-boxing fee if the box was opened; no fee to cancel before shipment; dealer and marketplace purchases follow the seller's own policy.
  • Restocking fee: $99 re-boxing fee per e-bike for opened boxes plus 'refurbishing compensation' for used or damaged parts (shipping-and-return page); refund-policy page says only 'a returning fee, including re-boxing fee, shipping cost, etc.'
